The Challenge

Upon winning a new contract, our long term client Kier Plc needed adopting client’s existing system into IBM Maximo. Over 20 business processes needed to be adopted into Maximo powered by Utilities Solution with project duration not exceeding 3 months.

The Solution

Inspiresoft has organised a series of targeted workshops with new client representatives and got initial design and project plan in place. As a part of the solution, Inspiresoft developed independent modules within Maximo with interface to existing Maximo system, transformed and loaded clients data including millions of locations and asset into Maximo. A number of integrations to the externals systems has been introduced as well.

The Result

Within 3 months of time, updated system went through all stages of testing including successful UAT and documentation has been delivered with Go Live within deadlines. The client is active Kier’s contract to date.
